How do I reserve my date?
If you know what you'd like, feel free to book a date on our booking link (opens in a new tab). If you'd like to talk through your options or have additional questions, book a free consultation call (opens in a new tab).
A 50% non-refundable retainer and a signed agreement reserve your date. The final balance is due 14 days before your event.
Where do you travel?
We travel all around Texas! Delivery, setup, and pickup are included within 25 miles of Houston. Beyond that, travel is $1 per mile, one way.
How long is the guestbook at my event?
Up to 4 hours of event time is included. Extra hours are $40 each.
When do I get my messages?
Every message is delivered on your private page within 3 business days, or within 24 hours with Rush Delivery. Your message page stays live for 60 days, and video files are available for 14 days, so be sure to download everything. A USB keepsake arrives within 2 weeks, and vinyl records within 4–6 weeks.
How do I pay?
We accept Zelle and Apple Pay.
Do you only do weddings?
Not at all! We love birthdays, showers, parties, corporate events, and brand activations too.
